Sign up for Smart Trips
To participate in Smart Trips and be eligible for prizes and the Emergency Ride Home program, you must register on our web site. Eligible commuters must live or work in the following counties; Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson, Jefferson, and Sevier.

If your company is a participating Smart Trips employer, click on their name below to register. If your company is not listed, you can still participate; click on “Other Company” to register. College students can register by clicking on “College Students”. Click on “Join Now!” to sign up. We’ll send you an email acknowledging your registration and mail your Emergency Ride Home vouchers to you.

Log Your Commute
In order to be eligible for Commuter Bucks and Commuter Challenge prizes, you will need to report your commutes monthly. Reporting your daily commute helps Smart Trips track program participation, which is vital to our funding.

To log your commute, click on your company site below. Click on “login” and enter the email address and password you used when registering for Smart Trips.

Click on “Commute Log” and enter your transportation mode, or check the “No Commute” box on days you didn’t work. Click on “Save your Log” to save your commutes.

You can report your commutes as often as you wish. Please note you can only report a commute that is less than one month old. After that you will not be able to report the commute.
